Q1: How to do the preliminary work before we do indoor
A1: First you need contact our salesmen to get the effective information quickly. In addition, we will provide you the most suitable design,quotation and suggestions as per your ideas and budget.
For Example:
1. Get a place,
2. Desgin (1, Design: 100% customized,please send us the floor plan in CAD file for new design(usually take 2-3 days),
3. To make sure design fit perfect, please mark information on floor plan (Clean length,width,height,Entrance, Column location and size, Place for washing room, coffe, party room etc.)
4. You can customized (color, theme, components) according to aimed budget.

Q2: How long does it take to get a plan or design? How about the production time?
A2: It depends on the size of your playground/trampoline.Take a 300 square meters indoor playground/trampoline as an example, it takes 2-3 days to finish a initial design and about 20 days for production. If you have a large or complex project, it may take a bit longer.

Q3: How high is the standard layer height for indoor playground?How many layers can it be? IS there any limit for the lowest height of the place?
A3: The standard layer heights 1.4m-1.7m/layer and the lowest height is no less than 2.8m.

Q4: What is the age range for indoor playground?
A4: In order to meet the needs of kids in the different age range, and consider the safety, generally indoor playground should be divided into two areas: one is the toddler are which is suitable for 1-3 years old kids, and the other is the main function area which is suitable for 3-12 years old kids.
